At Dynamic Athletic Performance, we believe that with perseverance and commitment, anyone can achieve their desired fitness results. Our staff is committed to providing personalized training to help people of all fitness abilities and athletic skill levels reach their potential. Our facility is located on the Southwest corner of Del Prado Boulevard and Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Florida. Here, we offer specific and personalized training programs from ages five to the retired community. We cater to athletes and non-athletes alike. Our goal is committed to helping our clients see results when it comes to proper nutrition, speed, agility and flexibility and weight loss. ABOUT COACH MIKE RUTH
Coach Mike Ruth grew up in Cape Coral, Florida. Upon graduating from Cape Coral High School, he attended Averett University in Danville, Virginia. While there, he served as captain and was a 4 year letter-winner on the football team. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Sports Medicine/Wellness. Coach Ruth started his career at Velocity Sports Performance (now Total Athletic Performance) in Naples, Florida in 2007. While there, he had the privilege of working with many professional athletes as well as athletes at every age and skill level. Coach Mike is a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also working towards being a Sports Performance coach through USA Weightlifting and being certified to conduct the Functional Movement Screen. Coach Mike's philosophy is to educate his clients on basic movement skills and to install the foundations of proper nutrition and exercise techniques to achieve results.
