It’s hard to believe, but back-to-school season is upon us! Check out this week’s #dappowered updates as we get back into the swing of all things school routines and sports season preparation.

UPDATES FOR THIS WEEK:

  1. Football Friday!

    This week’s game: North Fort Myers at Cape High. Join Coach Mike and Dr. Ray at 6:45 pm in the Cape High parking lot. Don’t forget to wear you DAP gear!

  2. Athlete Testing Day

    Get ready! August 29th is dedicated to athlete testing. We will be testing all athletes and comparing numbers from previous testing dates. Don’t have your baseline numbers? New to DAP? Join Coach Mike on any Saturday morning at 8:30 am for a baseline testing appointment. We believe it’s important to know where you’re starting from and where you’re going. The purpose of testing is to show tangible results for you and your goals.

  3. Weekly videos with Dr. Ray - Coming back!

  4. Recovery Saturday
