Sometimes it’s hard to see the beauty that is to come when we’re in the trenches of hurt, pain and sorrow. But, there’s one thing that’s always certain … light will always come from dark. When you’re committed to your passions and the path laid before you, you will always be led to finding the positive in a crummy situation.
This is especially important for athletes. Maybe we didn’t make the team our heart was set on. Maybe we don’t feel treated fairly. Maybe we’re confused on which sport to pursue and it led to a confusing and trying time. All of these scenarios can cause you to lose your step and fall. But, what does it take to take one more step forward?

Exercise: Move your body for at least 30 minutes every day.
Diet + Water: Focus on eating nutritious foods and drinking at least half your body weight in ounces every day.
Remember that pain is temporary.
