At Dynamic Athletic Performance, we believe that with perseverance and commitment, anyone can achieve their desired fitness results.  Our staff is committed to providing personalized training to help people of all fitness abilities and athletic skill levels reach their potential.  Our facility is located on the Southwest corner of Del Prado Boulevard and Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Florida.  Here, we offer specific and personalized training programs from ages five to the retired community.  We cater to athletes and non-athletes alike.  Our goal is committed to helping our clients see results when it comes to proper nutrition, speed, agility and flexibility and weight loss.  When you become #dappowered, you become part of the #dapfamily and our family means everything to us.

Coach Mike Ruth grew up in Cape Coral, Florida.  Upon graduating from Cape Coral High School, he attended Averett University in Danville, Virginia.  While there, he served as captain and was a 4 year letter-winner on the football team.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Sports Medicine/Wellness.  Coach Ruth started his career at Velocity Sports Performance (now Total Athletic Performance) in Naples, Florida in 2007.  While there, he had the privilege of working with many professional athletes as well as athletes at every age and skill level.  Coach Mike is a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  He is also working towards being a Sports Performance coach through USA Weightlifting and being certified to conduct the Functional Movement Screen.  Coach Mike's philosophy is to educate his clients on basic movement skills and to install the foundations of proper nutrition and exercise techniques to achieve results.   



This 28-day challenge is made up of three sections and includes the following:


  • Unlimited class options from January 14, 2019 to February 9, 2019.

  • Training includes 60-minute Adult Functional Fit Sessions

  • Corrective exercise and modifications through group training

  • Cardio and resistance training

  • Technique and form training


  • Weight-loss nutrition plan education

  • Guidance on how to properly introduce a low-carb lifestyle from an everyday diet

  • Meal Planning recipes and schedule for the 28-day training

  • Grocery shopping lists for all meals throughout the 28-day training

Coaching and Support:

  • Experience Coach Mike's unique training system that includes encouragement, motivation techniques, and a unique coaching correction style for faster, leaner and greater results

  • One-on-one and group meetings with Coach Mike to get you started and moving in the right direction

  • Weigh-in checkpoints to keep you accountable to your goal.

  • Goal setting before starting the challenge to keep you motivated and focused on your results

  • A Before and After picture comparison (if you choose!)

Final Weigh-In and results:  Saturday, February 9th at 9:00 am
