OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS

At Dynamic Athletic Performance, our programs have been developed to help athletes and others who want to get fit, while achieving tangible and measurable results, regardless of age, gender, skill level or fitness goals.  At DAP, we take an individualized approach to training.  Our qualified head trainer and founder, Mike Ruth, designed DAP's programs based on the groups trained within our facility.  Groups vary from youth, middle school, high school, college, adults and team athletes.  Training is primarily conducted in small groups, with personal one-on-one training optional, so that every client gets individualized attention.  Our experienced staff is continuously evaluating and upgrading our programs based on the latest research and scientific data.

 

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL | FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING PROGRAM

ELEMENTARY YOUTH GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM | ELEMENTARY YOUTH ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether your child wants to be an athlete or just enjoys active movement, building a strong athletic or fitness foundation is important for developing life-long healthy habits.  Young children are at the perfect stage in their lives to begin learning and developing their fitness skills.  The youth Fundamentals program is conducted in 60 minute sessions and is designed to introduce and create foundations for overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment.  This training program places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance, and relative strength, and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns.

 

WHO IS THE FUNDAMENTALS TRAINING PROGRAM FOR?

Our Fundamental training program is ideal for youth who are just beginning to develop their skills and athletic abilities.  This class provides an athletic foundation that helps improve athletic performance, promote injury prevention, and create a path for your child's long-term development of sports.

 

MIDDLE SCHOOL | DEVELOPMENTAL TRAINING PROGRAM

MIDDLE SCHOOL GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM | MIDDLE SCHOOL ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Developmental middle school training program is the next step in our performance series.  These athletes have discovered the importance of developing neuromuscular patterns.  This training program focuses on progressing and maintaing athletic movement, while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power.  This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.  The middle school program is conducted in 90 minute sessions and includes formal strength and power training.  

 

WHO IS THE DEVELOPMENTAL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR?

Our Developmental training program is ideal for middle school students who have a basic structure in athletic skills and abilities.  These athletes want to go beyond the fundamentals to apply and strengthen their athletic skills.  This class builds on the initial athletic foundation with proper movement techniques with increased force production and help improve joint integrity to reduce chance of injury.   

 

HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGIATE | COMPETITIVE TRAINING PROGRAM

HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGIATE GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM | HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGIATE ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Competitive Training focuses on high school and collegiate athletes.  Here, technique is fine-tuned and the athlete develops the final pieces to complete the total package.  Each athlete optimizes his or her athletic performance by working on the areas where the biggest improvement is needed.  The Competitive sessions are 90 minutes long and focuses on repeated application of learned athleticism to create mastery.  Our Competitive training program provides endless combinations of athletic skill training so that competing in the game becomes effortless. 

 

WHO IS THE COMPETITIVE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR?

This program is for athletes who already developed neuromuscular patterns and the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power.  The Competitive Training program helps these athletes fine tune their skills and optimize their power output.  

 

ADULT FITNESS

ADULT GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM | ADULT ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Adult Fitness focuses on the philosophy that athleticism is not innate, but rather developed through training like an athlete. Our Adult Fitness Programs encompasses all aspects of fitness. This training program takes the same training techniques, exercises and materials that professionals use and packages them into a completely unique program designed to make adults of all fitness levels leaner, stronger, better conditioned, and more flexible. No class is ever the same, and with a small group atmosphere, everyone pushes themselves and others to be their very best.

 

WHO IS THE ADULT FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAM FOR?

This program is for adults of any skill level looking to tone up, enhance muscle strength, increase endurance training and create leaner bodies.
