Here’s what I’ve learned after years of working with teenage athletes:
Most of the time, it’s not effort. It’s development. Their body is changing faster than their movement can keep up. And without the right kind of training, more work just makes it worse.

I help athletes rebuild how they move, develop real speed and strength, and train in a way that makes sense for where their body actually is right now.

We don’t rush athletes into random workouts and we don’t push them to condition with repeated bad habits.

We follow a structured, step-by-step path based on where your athlete is right now, physically and mentally.

BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Our athletes move into our 6-Week Athlete Foundation program. We rebuild the movement patterns that create real confidence and explosiveness.

This phase sets the standard for everything that follows.

PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT

Once a strong base is established, athletes move into ongoing training focused on explosive speed, power, and strength. When the foundation is strong, performance is sustainable.
